Our Agenda

The Added Element spans four days for relaxed consciousness and deep transformation for both you and your business. Group sessions will be in the mornings, with unscheduled afternoons for personal reflection and planning, connecting with participants or working in session with Lynn.

Pre-Retreat Social Gathering

On Wednesday evening, we will gather to meet ‘n greet in a casual social from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm.

Day One

We begin by closing 2015. By answering just four powerful questions, you will determine what yet needs doing, what can be released and what must be carried over to 2016 in alignment with your clear vision and personal ‘added element’.

Day Two

By considering context and contrast, you will determine the flow of your value through your business both optimally and as it has been expressed up until now.

Day Three

We will work with a systematic approach to map your business vision for product development, client progression and increasing levels of engagement for strategic growth in 2016.

Day Four

Integrating all that you have learned throughout this time, you will be writing a Strategic Action Plan for 2016 so you have your next steps clearly in hand by the time you leave the island. We will close with a Wisdom Celebration Circle.

To Register:

Please make your reservations and travel plans to arrive on Wednesday and depart the following Sunday (or after). No passport needed for U.S. citizens. The nearest airport is on St. Thomas; a private yacht will ferry you to St. John’s upon arrival.

If you would like to bring a business partner with you to attend The Added Element Retreat, the additional tuition is $1,995 (provided you will be sharing your room).

If you would like to bring a guest who will not attend The Added Element Retreat, the additional fee is $995 and covers meals, gratuities and RT ferry.

There will be a Wednesday evening gathering to meet everyone with the first session being on Thursday morning. We will complete with a Wisdom Celebration Circle on Sunday at around noon.

Included In The Retreat

Your rate includes overnight accommodations for four nights (Wednesday through Saturday) including room tax, service charges and gratuities (except restaurant, lounge and room service personnel), three meals / day and non-alcoholic beverages. Room service and alcoholic beverages are not included, although you do get special rates for alcohol. The package also includes round trip ferry services by private yacht to St. Thomas for the airport. The package also includes access to all scheduled programs and activities, as well as 3 personal Catalyst sessions with Lynn (before, during and after the Retreat).

Written cancellation within 72 hours of registration: $500 U.S. cancellation fee per person.

Cancellation 60 days out or more to the retreat date: 50% of total retreat tuition cancellation fee per person.

Cancellation within 59 days or less to the retreat date: 75% of total retreat tuition cancellation fee per person.
